Welcome to the Free Your Spine online course. The course is self-paced and blends Yoga, Pilates and body weight training. The essence of Free Your Spine is to bring flexibility and freedom into your back, open up your hips, and to increase body awareness and core strength. I'll lead you through a series of eight movement flows, with several core challenges along the way to spice things up.
